Rules are simple.
1. Your site must not contain anything inappropriate - that includes pornographic images, racist remarks etc etc.
2. You don't have to link me until I've accepted you if you don't want.
3. I generally don't accept MSN groups unless they're well made. I'm not too harsh on the whole elite thing, but I'd like it if your site was decent.
4. I will check affiliated sites now and then to check you're still linking me. Just to warn you. ;-)
