Rundown of what happens:

Detailed overview from mtv.com:
Life on the road can be tough for anyone trying to make it to the big time. For the Busted boys, it's even messier. As they continue their US promotional tour, they pause in Colorado Springs, Colorado for some Southwest hospitality. They wander into a fancy restaurant where they are alone in a private dining area and the American culture shock and wackiness ensue.
British food isn't exactly known for its deliciousness, but at this particular establishment, everything the boys know about dinner menus is turned upside down. Just as the boys argue over what to order as a main course ("fish pies?"), they decide on oysters. Fletch informs them what the meal actually entails--cow testicles--and knowing what these Brit-punk rebels have done in the past, they happily help themselves to a large platter. It feels as if it's an episode of Fear Factor as Matt uses every inch of strength to restrain himself from the awful taste. Once Charlie and James have a bite, they spit most of the rest on the floor as they run around like eight-year-olds.
Back on the bus, and 14 hours to go 'til Dallas, Charlie is feeling sad. It hasn't been easy for him since he left his first love, Kara. Fletch, being the good guy that he is, understands Charlie's dilemma and makes the valid point, 'An unhappy Charlie is not good for Busted.'
Now, Busted are on to more important things, US Radio Add Week. This is crunch time, where everyone has to pull together in hopes that a top 40 radio station will add Busted to their playlist. In Dallas, Dave (their representative from Universal Records) speaks with Fernando (Asst. Program Director on KHKS Radio) and their conversation isn't quite what we would hope. Fernando questions Busted's British success by saying, 'We got the Nelly leak today, why are you giving me Busted?' Ouch.
There's more good news and bad news for Busted. The good news: Busted will be appearing at the MTV Music Awards in Miami. The bad news: Busted will not be performing, and instead will merely be walking down the red carpet. For the boys, that is a huge insult, since in the UK, that is regarded as tacky. It's still a step forward however, so they agree it might be worth their while.
It's been over a month and Charlie is finally heading to the airport to see his lady, Kara. While the two of them finally get some alone time, Charlie surprises her with a store-bought birthday cake as they sit on a hotel bed and gouge into it as they gaze into each others eyes. Meanwhile, Matt and James get their boots in gear as they head on off to a rootin'-tootin' horse farm in Dallas. As soon as they hop on their horses, it's anarchy in the USA. Matt decides to leave his horse behind to cause trouble, which sends James on an adventure he never thought possible. Thankfully, no animals are harmed in the filming, but James receives his first near-death experience.
After Kara's sad departure, Charlie realizes he can get back to promoting his band. The VMAs are this evening and the boys decide to go with a "I don't give a f---" attitude as they wear (gasp!) T-shirts and jeans to the event. As hundreds of screaming teenage girls scream in rejoice over their entrance, Busted feel a little more at home. Next on the red carpet is Carmen Electra, and their three jaws drop. All of this helps to make them feel more comfortable being in America, and it might get them one step closer to respect in this wild place we call America.
NOTE: this is from the official mtv.com website, and they've got it wrong. It's Camilla, not Kara.
