Hiya its not as good as the other ones I've just read but I did meet the Gorgeous Matt. Last night (December 9th) me and my friend Carys went to the MEN Arena in Manchester to watch Busted. The show started at 7.30pm but we got there at 4pm and waited outside the back entrance where the artists go. There were a few people there but not many. The security guy said that Busted weren't there yet but were on their way. First of all a small car with Matt's brothers band -Undesided came in, then V. After about an hour Busted turned up in a huge Star Line tourbus but the guards shut the gates on us. They had to do a soundcheck so they just sort of waved hello and walked in. We were all gutted and some people started to leave but we decided to stay. After what seemed ages, I saw two guys walkin towards the gate. I said to my friend "Oh my god, I'm sure thats Matt" but because of the gate I couldn't see properly and no one else had noticed so I screamed "Matt!" and then everyone started screamin. I had a banner that said 'Matt, I love that thing you do' and I'd brought them all a little present each. I said "Matt, I've got you a present!" and he was like "You got me a present?" and it was so cute he seemed genuinely suprised and he was like "Aww cool, thanks man". He had a look in the bag, said thanks again and handed it to his bodyguard. He read my banner and laughed and said "Cool" and signed it really big next to his name. Then my friend said "Matt can I have a hug?!" and he goes "Aww yeah sure man". He went further down the line signing everyones autograph and then he came back up and my friend shouted again "Matt, can my mate have a hug, she brought you the presents" and goes "Yeah sure!" And gave me a hug. There were huge bars inbetween us but he still did, then he went in.

When we got in the arena and Busted came on we were 10 rows from the front. When 'That thing you do' came on we went mental and he looked at our banner. When they were doing the acoustic set on the extended stage they were even closer. James started talking about how Thunderbirds had won Record of the Year. On the otherside of our banner it said 'Congratualtions, Thunderbirds Record of the year from Carys and Charlie' Matt was closest to us so we screamed his name and he turned round and looked rightas us and our banner and pointed and said somethin along the lines of "Oh yeah look, cool". We were so chuffed! That was it, the best concert ever, they worked so hard. And they are all even fitter in real life, especially Matt!
