Meet Busted - hottest band of the summer!

Bop first met Busted several months ago in our Hollywood offices. They were cute, charming and oh-so-funny. After hanging out with them in London this spring, then at a summer photo shoot, we were head over heels. We just know you’ll love them, too.

Hello America!
James, Charlie and Matt, the boys of Busted, are from England, where they are the biggest stars in music. The guys are on the cover of every magazine in the UK, and their fans go absolutely crazy for them. What’s it like to be so mega famous? ‘You know when you’re in a crowd and someone says your name and you turn around?' James says. 'Times that by 20, and that’s what it’s like.' Whoa! So why do they want to make it big in America? 'America is my favourite country in the world,' James smiles. 'I’m adventurous. I like to get in a car and drive, and America is about road trips. You can drive and drive. Whenever I come here, I don’t want to go home.'

The music rocks, too!
If you haven’t heard Busted’s first single, 'What I Go To School For', then you’re probably wondering what their sound is like. Well, if you love Simple Plan or Blink-182, then you are really going to love Busted. 'I describe our album as guitar pop, but it’s a real feel-good pop album,' Matt shares. 'We’re not gonna drag you down, make you think about anything really hurtful or political tuff. We’re just having so much fun with things and it really comes across in our album.' Sounds good to us!
The guys admit to being fans of American bands like Blink and Good Charlotte. Charlie loves American rock. 'I love the Deftones,' he says. 'A lot of the rock music in America I really like.' And we’re positive you’re going to love Busted!
