Seasonal shenanigans from the three Kings of pop! Ho, ho, ho!
Yule be sorry
James: I always used to hunt out my pressies, then secretly unwrap them, so I could see if I had the thing I really wanted. If not, I could drop a load of hints. You can't lose that way!
Matt: Every year, I try to buy some extra presents, just in case I've forgotten to buy one for someone.
James: A friend of mine does all his Christmas shopping in the pound shop!
Matt: I never start my shopping 'til Christmas Eve. The queues really bug me and I always end up with a load of rubbish. I was always terrible at buying presents, 'cause I never had any money. Now I've got a bit more, I'm getting better.
James: I never get round to sending out Christmas cards. Anyway, you can just say 'Happy Christmas' to people. Everyone should save the money they'd spend on cards and give it to charity.
Morning mayhem
Matt: One Christmas morning, I wasn't well, so I kept everyone waiting and my little sis' got mad. I opened my presents and went back to bed!
James: I'm always woken up by my younger brother Chris screaming, 'It's Christmas!' One year we spent the day watching the entire box set of Friends.
Matt: My stocking usually contains things like chocolate and satsumas.
Matt: I used to annoy my parents by getting up really early to open presents.
Charlie: We open our stockings in the morning and the other presents later. In our house you can't unwrap them until after the Queen's Speech in the afternoon.
Dinner delights
Charlie: I don't help with the cooking, as my mum does a great Christmas dinner. I just give a hand with washing-up.
Matt: On Christmas Day, I try not to have breakfast, so I can eat more later!
James: My grandparents take absolutely ages to eat their Christmas dinner. They'll put food on their fork, lift it up to their mouth to eat, and then start talking, so it never reaches their mouth. It takes forever. You just want to shout, 'Eat your food!'.
Charlie: This is a bit harsh, but Grandpa always gets a bit of something like broccoli stuck in his teeth. My brother and I end up wetting ourselves about it at the table!
Grim gifts
Matt: If I ever got gift vouchers for a shop I didn't like, I'd sell them to my mates for cash and buy something I wanted.
James: I don't understand why people always think you want socks for Christmas. They're something you buy as an everyday purchase, aren't they?
Matt: I always feel like saying, 'What the hell is that?', when I open up Granny's knitted jumper. But I never do, of course!
Charlie: Last year, I had loads of money [ooh, get you Charlie!], so I went round buying anything and everything I thought my family would really love [Aww!]. It was a great feeling.
James: One year I really didn't know what to buy my grandparents, so I ended up buying something I wanted. It was just so they'd go, 'Ooh, you have it, dear' and it worked!
