The Year 3000 star calls Sneak in fury after party snub

Busted's Mattie Jay phoned Sneak last week to give Girls Aloud singer Nicola Roberts an X-rated verbal hammering! Live wire Mattie, 19, says he was livid when Nicola snubbed him after he bumped into her and the rest of Girls Aloud at a backstage party for the Childline Concert at Dublin's Point Theatre on Sunday 26th January.

"I was trying to make polite conversation and simply asked her 'Did you enjoy the gig?' he explained. To my amazement, she turned round, shot me a snide look and walked away! I was so shocked and speechless. I just thought, 'You rude f*****g b***h!'

Amazed Mattie says he couldn't understand why Nicola blanked him. "She looked at me as if to say 'Who the f**k are you?' All I'd done was say, 'Hi, how're you doing?'"

And, in a cheeky reference to the recent allegations of bandmate Cheryl's nightclub brawl, he added 'Nicola's so miserable looking. She looks like she's the one who got punched!"

Luckily for the rest of Girls Aloud, Mattie's beef is reserved for Nicola alone. "I'm not going to be rude about all of them," he said. "The one who punched that bird - Cheryl - she's a lovely girl. She's so sweet, she'd never punch someone randomly - you can tell that from meeting her. But as for that f*****g ginger one..."

Girls Aloud and Busted co-headlined the Childline Concert alongside Westlife, Sugababes and Samantha Mumba and raised over £100,000 for the charity. But now it looks like the Popstars: The Rivals winners will have to keep a low profile when they next bump into Busted!

"I can honestly say I will never talk to her [Nicola] ever again!" spat Matt. "You just don't do what she did. If anybody came up to me - even Gareth Gates, who I think is ridiculous - and made an effort to talk to me, I would speak to them. It's just common decency. Nicola was unavailable for comment as Sneak went to press.

Well, call us, er, sneaky, but we'd just love to be a fly on the wall when the two bands next cross paths!

Or perhaps she'd spotted another gorge celeb lad and missed Mattie as she made a beeline for him
