sneak crashes Busted's new video shoot and gets all the gossip

When Busted invited us to the set of their new video, we jumped at the chance! They were in London recording te vid to Thunderbirds Are Go!, their theme song to new Hollywood movie Thunderbirds (out this summer). There's plastic spaceship parts everywhere, and the lads have been full of energy since the word, er, 'go'!

We overhear Charlie and Matt talking about whose is the biggest. Er, sorry, lads? Biggest what? Sadly, we soon realise it's not the size of their bits: 'James' house isn't just huge - it's really cool, too,' says Matt. Tut! Anyway, we're here to find out about their movie venture, not the colour of their wallpaper.

'It's the height of achievement to get your song used as a theme tune,' says Matt. 'The film ends and - boom! - our song belts out!'

The movie is a spin-off of the classic 70s TV series, Thunderbirds, made with puppets. But would Charlie, Matt and James want to be movie stars for real? 'I love doing videos - but making a film would take ages. It'd be so boring,' says Matt.

So he's still a crazy, can't-sit-still loon then? 'Partying with Matt's a dangerous game,' says Charlie. But Matt doesn't hear - he's too busy playing air guitar!

Behind-the-scene secrets!

· Charlie insisted on watching a replay of every scene after it was shot. Is he a future music video director in the making?!
· Matt fancies Lady Penelope from the original TV series. Erm, weird puppet fetish alert!
· Charlie listened to his iPod in between his scenes while the video was being filmed.
· The video was shot in a huge building near St Paul's Cathedral in London, and Matt loved the lifts!

Even though Matt went to drama school, being in the Thunderbirds vid hasn't given him the acting bug. 'Acting can be a bit cringey sometimes,' he says.

Human skyscraper Charlie had problems finding a costume that would fit! 'I'm so big, I had to wear the stuntman's suit!' he says!
