Boy-less 'n' card-free? Get over it with Busted!

Valentine's Day's overrated, isn't it guys?
Matt: Yeah! I think people are forced into romance. It should come when you feel it, not 'cause it's a holiday.
James: If you fancy a girl, why wait for Valentine's Day?
Charlie: It's so overrated. If you're not going out with anyone then forget it!

Isn't it just an excuse for us girls to get a treat?
James: It's so invented by girls!
Matt: In fact, it was invented by a female chocolate company owner who thought, 'You know what, we'll just get our boyfriends to spend money on us today.'

What's the tackiest gift you've given?
Matt: Mum made me send a girl a rose in primary school. So if you're reading, Joanna, Mum made me do it!
James: I'm not tacky! I treat girls well. I took a girl to Spain for two days once. That's not tacky is it?
Charlie: I once bought a cheap necklace for my first girlfriend, but all the stones in it fell out! Oops.

Does V Day make ya feel lovely if yer not loved?
Matt: I used to always send my sister a pretend card so she used to think someone fancied her!
James: Yeah, I remember one year my mate said he got six cards and I knew he'd sent them all to himself! And I reckon a lot of my mates did that.

You get a card from someone you don't fancy, how d'ya tell 'er?
Matt: You just don't say you found out, man! No one ever wants to be rejected and it's a horrible thing to do.
Charlie: I'd tell her it's really good to be friends and I enjoy being her friend but that's all. Being truthful is the best!
James: You gotta say you didn't get the card or deny all knowledge! I'd let 'em down nicely!

Got any advice to peeps who don't get cards this year?
Matt: Remember a lot of boys are too damn lazy. Guys probably like you but they're not gonna spend £4 on a card and look like a prat taking it into school.
James: I reckon you shouldn't worry! It just means the boy who likes ya's too nervous to send a card.

Do you send loads of cards?
James: I've only ever sent two Valentine's cards. One of them was an important one and it didn't get there because I forgot to put a stamp on it. Doh!
Charlie: I don't really send cards. I don't really do the whole Valentine's card thing. I only take notice of Valentine's Day when I'm with someone.

Which pop peep would you send a card to?
Matt: Jennifer Love Hewitt is so fine! I'd send her a card!
Charlie: It's gotta be Britney. Holly Valance is quite fit too.
